About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Operational Excellence professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives in our injectable manufacturing operations.

The role focuses on driving efficiency, optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute Operational Excellence initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

- Identify, design, and implement process improvement projects across manufacturing and support functions.

- Monitor, analyze, and enhance operational KPIs to drive performance improvements.

- Ensure all improvement initiatives comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements.

- Support digital transformation and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.

- Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

- Drive cost-saving projects while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors/ Masters in relevant field

- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

- Proven experience (7-10 years) in operational excellence, process improvement, or

manufacturing optimization.

- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
