
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive the people agenda for our Mumbai workforce. This role will partner closely with business leaders to deliver on performance, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and people effectiveness, while managing a regional HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to lending, sales, and distribution teams
- Align people strategy with business goals to drive productivity and scale
- Lead workforce planning, performance management, and retention initiatives
- Ensure consistent HR practices in a fast-paced, distributed business environment
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle (hire to retire)
- Lead and mentor regional HRBPs / executives
- Drive onboarding, early engagement, and cultural alignment
- Oversee HR operations: confirmations, transfers, exits, documentation, compliance
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years' HRBP experience in multi-location / field-heavy setups
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, lifecycle management, and field engagement
- Proven ability to lead and coach a team
- Business-first mindset with strong execution focus
- Willingness to travel as per business needs
