Role Overview:
The Program Mgr, AM COE, Intl Seller Growth role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives within Amazon's International Seller Growth program, specifically focusing on the AM (Account Management) Center of Excellence (COE). This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to develop and execute programs that enable international sellers to succeed on the Amazon platform. The Program Manager will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role directly impacts the growth and success of international sellers, contributing to Amazon's global marketplace expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end program plans, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of key initiatives for international seller growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics, aligning with overall business strategy.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the AM COE.
- Design and implement scalable solutions to address seller pain points and improve their experience on the Amazon platform.
- Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
- Drive the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns to attract and engage international sellers.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, using this information to inform program strategy and decision-making.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the AM COE.
- Support the sales team by providing tools, resources, and training to enable them to effectively onboard and support international sellers.
