About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and compliance and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function.

- This role involves managing a small HR team, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:


- Lead and manage a team of 2 HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the effective operation of the HR department.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional development and continuous learning.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:


- Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the company.

- Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

Compliance and Legal Adherence:


- Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law changes and ensure company policies are updated accordingly.

- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution, in compliance with legal requirements.

HR Operations and Administration:


- Oversee HR administration tasks, including employee records management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values.

- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for all employees.

Employee Engagement and Development:


- Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs.

- Identify training and development needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.

- Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters, including performance management and employee development.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance.

- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a successful track record of hiring top talent.

Preferred Skills:


- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

- Experience managing a small HR team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
