Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI while aligning with Amala Earths brand ethos and sustainability-driven narrative.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize marketing budgets effectively to maximize returns and ensure cost-efficient customer acquisition.
- Oversee SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building, to strengthen organic visibility and category rankings.
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, interpret data insights, and implement actionable improvements for continuous growth.
- Collaborate with category, design, and creative teams to align campaign messaging with seasonal trends and brand positioning.
- Drive retention and engagement through remarketing, email, and CRM-led campaigns.
- Manage external agencies and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution and creative output.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to identify new growth opportunities for the brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or SEO.
- Proven track record of managing high-performance campaigns and scaling revenue.
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO strategy, keyword analysis, and content optimization.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends in the Home, Shoes, and Fashion categories.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush/ Ahrefs, and CRM platforms.
