Supporting the activities relating to filing of cases by the Company and defending of the cases filed against the Company (both criminal and Civil).   Maintaining record of all the franchisee agreements and other contracts and ensuring the renewal of the same from time to time.  Handling of 138 cases,attending court and liaison with advocates. Replying to various consumer case notices and followup with advocates on the same. Drafting agreements for franchisee activities, general contracts, affidavits, indemnities, NDA- s,replying to govt.notices, getting the agreements etc.  Updating of Statutory License for all the plants and co-ordination with the plant legal team for various matters. Dealing with all legal compliances for upcoming projects and preparing IEM,Application forms and Compliance checklist Keeping track of all the suits and cases and reporting on monthly basis through company's legal software.  Dealing with all formalities regarding bill processing and payments there of to advocates,professionals,property taxes etc.
