Designation – Asst Manager   Industry – Media   Exp – 3-5yrs   Compensation & Benefits   - Budgeting for headcount & salaries   - Periodic benefits reporting to Newscorp   - Restructuring of the compensation structure components   - Participation in market surveys   - Management of the annual compensation cycle   - Tracking budget vs actuals on a periodic basis   HR Analytics & Reporting   - Preparation of the monthly HR dashboard   - Preparation of the monthly Manpower report   - Preparation of the CEO report   - Preparation of the snapshot on HR metrics   - Weekly report on Exits   - Preparation of other reports, as required from the Management, from time to time   HR Audit   - Ensuring that monthly audits are conducted, on the employee database, personnel files etc   - Reporting & highlighting gaps in data/ processes   HR Policies   - Design / Creation / Review and roll out of HR Policies, including, but not limited to:   - Leave Policy   - Car Lease Policy   - Relocation Policy   - Travel Policy   - Mobile & Blackberry Policy   - Ensure policies are updated periodically with version updations   Between 3 to 5 years of work experience in Human Resources, of which, atleast 1 year must have been in Compensation & Benefits   Contact - anand@anther.co.in
