The incumbent of this role will groom a robust team of professionals in order to ensure excellent and timely delivery of the mandates / projects.  Key Responsibilities:  1. Execution management  - Oversee end to end execution of the projects / mandates, primarily in one's area of specialization  - Advise and engage with client and candidates through the search process to facilitate stable, coherent decision making  2. Team management  - Lead a team to delivery excellent and timely results  - Be a coach for your team and ensure their growth  - Practice and drive process orientation in team  3. Stakeholder management  - Partner with clients on strategic projects  - Leverage expertise to meaningfully and extensively engage with external stakeholders in a sustained manner  - Deepen existing client relationships  4. Business development  - Deepen existing clients to expand Altor's market  - Acquire and engage new clients for Altor, particularly in the respective practice area  5. The role holder will represent Altor to the external world, and will build strong relationships with our external stakeholders on our behalf, including clients. The role holder will primarily work on and report to the Lead Consultant of a defined practice area within Altor, thereby gaining specialisation in the same over a time period.  Key Responsibilities:  1.
