Your future role:
- Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
- You'll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
- You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects, from tender submission to project closure, while driving cost efficiency and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Engineering, Projects, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Site Supply Chain Teams), lead a team of Project Supply Chain Engineers, and much more.
- You'll specifically take care of developing long-term supply chain strategies, ensuring zero missing parts in production, and driving supply chain digital transformation, but also managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with cost and budget assumptions.
We'll look to you for:
- Leading a team of Project Supply Chain Engineers.
- Ensuring on-time delivery of projects across all phases - from tender submission to ramp-down.
- Meeting work package costs in line with budget.
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders and teams to meet supply chain base requirements with a focus on total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Anticipating and addressing supply chain challenges without impacting business operations.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in supply chain processes and costs.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 17-20 years of experience in supply chain with new project launches with minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
- Strong stakeholder management experience at the leadership level.
- Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and achieve results.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Result-driven with a strong focus on cost optimization.
