Your future role:

Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our plant machinery and systems.
Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (including production, quality, and safety teams), diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, and much more.
Youll specifically take care of hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery, including CNC machines, PLC systems, conveyors, and industrial robots, but also contribute to predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
Well look to you for:
- Performing hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery, including CNC machines, PLC systems, automated machining lines, conveyors, and industrial robots.
- Interpreting mechanical drawings and possessing strong knowledge of machine elements.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, spindles, and other mechanical assemblies.
- Executing lubrication routines and ensuring optimal performance of mechanical components.
- Carrying out predictive and preventive maintenance activities across manufacturing equipment.
- Collecting and analyzing daily machine data to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintaining awareness and adherence to IRIS, ISO, OHSAS, and Maintenance Management Systems.
- Monitoring key maintenance KPIs, including Availability, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Contributing to TPM initiatives and actively participating in Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement, and cost-saving projects.

- 15 to 18 years of experience in machine and utility maintenance.
- Experience in maintaining plant machinery and overseeing EHS across the facility.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, bearings, guideways, ball screws, and mechanical drives.
- Basic understanding of electrical components in machinery and electrical utilities.
- Familiarity with spare parts management.
- Computer proficiency and specialization in Maintenance Engineering (desirable).
