Could you be the full-time EDU Manager-Requirement Management in Bangalore were looking for?.

Your future role:

- Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in requirement management and development in a cutting-edge field.

- Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

- You'll play a crucial role in supporting the Train Systems Tender/Project team on train system-level requirement management.

- Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business, such as Engineering (Design/System team, Train Performance Managers, Train Architect Managers, Lead Engineers, and Discipline Lead Engineers), Project teams (Chief of Design, Domain Leads, and Project Planning Managers), and other participating units.

- You will also provide dedicated training on tools and processes and ensure the consistency of the Requirement Management Database.

- Youll specifically take care of clarifying, analyzing, and developing requirements, as well as defining means of proof associated with them, but also propagating requirements to modules and managing schedules of requirement management activities.

Well look to you for:


- Ensuring Project Requirement Management Database consistency on Train Development modules


- Providing dedicated and ad hoc training for the RSC population working on requirement management/IBM DOORS tool


- Supporting process, method, and tool training


- Assisting in requirement quality reviews


- Helping users manipulate tools effectively


- Collaborating with team members to synthesize, clarify, and allocate requirements


- Defining and managing the schedule of requirement management activities to meet project deadlines


- Contributing to the Requirement Management & Development network by sharing best practices and solutions.

- Degree in Engineering, preferably applied to Railway products.

- 10+ years of experience in engineering or a related field


- Structured and organized with a hands-on approach


- Strong communication skills.

- Experience with project planning and time management.

- Knowledge of requirement management tools, such as IBM DOORS
- Ability to support and train team members in processes, methods, and tools.
