Reporting To: Director / Managing Director
Role Summary: Responsible for driving international sales and marketing of FIBC products, developing global customers, managing export operations, and leading the international marketing team to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global sales & marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and manage key global accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Lead pricing strategy, negotiations, contracts, and long-term agreements.
- Achieved monthly and quarterly sales target with production with target price.
- Coordinate with production, QA, supply chain, MIS, and finance for smooth order execution.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, customer audits, and business meetings.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales & marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Provide strategic insights and performance reports to top management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in international sales & marketing within a manufacturing/export environment.
- Strong exposure to B2B exports, packaging, polymers, or industrial products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, pricing, and payment terms.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Ability to build long-term global customer relationships.
- Existing international client network.
- Experience with customer audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or any field.
- 8 - 12 years experience.
- Strong knowledge of international trade, INCOTERMS, and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
