2. Hiring Position: Additional General Manager

4. Qualifications: Graduation or Equivalent

a) Essential: Knowledge of Electro-Optics / Radar / AFVs / Tank Technology and Navigation System. Conversant with DAP-2020 and latest procurement policies.

b) Desirable:

2. Sound knowledge of MoD & MHA Procurement policies and procedures.

3. Exposure to DGQA processes.

5. Year of Experience, Age: >15 Years in Indian Army / Engineering Cadre, Age below 45 Yrs. Must be retired in Colonel rank from Indian Army

6. Work Experience Required: Experience of 3 years in Corporate Marketing (Preferably)

7. Alpha-Elsec Job Role /Duties in Brief:

- Map the requirements of the customer with available products and generate marketing leads.

- To follow up on outstanding payments from MOD / MHA /Governmental agencies and get the organization collect the same at the earliest period.

- To follow up and meet people DDP towards getting NOC, Industrial license or any other documentation as necessary.

- To coordinate with ILS & Customer Support team of Alpha Elsec and work together to complete the task of repairs & maintenance, Installation or any other task as assigned at that time.

- To interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements vis-a-vis

Alpha-Elsecs product portfolio.

- To guide various project teams to progress current and future projects.

- To plan and develop business opportunities for Companys products & technologies for both existing & new markets.

- To provide periodic feedback to Management to further improve the systems in all the areas of Marketing and Business Development.

- To help in projecting Alpha-Elsec as a technically proficient Organization to customers / partners.

- To actively assist in resolving technical issues for various products and preparing presentations for discussions during the visit of guests / visitors / potential customers.
