Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Institutional Sales Relationship Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship management across Institutional, Corporate, Ultra HNI, and Family Office segments. This role is pivotal in driving AUM growth through deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers across corporate treasuries, financial institutions, ultra-affluent individuals, and family offices.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record from AMC Institutional Sales, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, or Wholesale Banking, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver bespoke investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Institutional, Corporate & Ultra HNI Coverage:

Build and manage long-term relationships with Institutional and Corporate clients, including:

- Insurance Companies

- Pension Funds

- Provident Funds

- Trusts & Endowments

- Large Corporate Treasuries

- Expand client coverage to include Ultra HNI and Family Offices, providing customized investment solutions and advisory support.

AUM Growth & Portfolio Building:

- Drive portfolio building and AUM growth across equity, debt, hybrid, and alternative investment products.

- Identify new opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, and market intelligence.

- Structure tailored solutions aligned with client investment objectives, risk profiles, and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

- Act as the trusted relationship manager for CXOs, CFOs, Treasurers, Investment Committees, and Principal Family Office decision-makers.

- Ensure high engagement, retention, and wallet-share expansion through consistent advisory and service excellence.

- Work closely with internal product, investment, and research teams to deliver differentiated client outcomes.

Sales Strategy & Market Development:

- Develop strategic account plans for key institutional and UHNI relationships.

- Track market trends, competitor movements, and client investment behavior to refine sales strategies.

- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and high-profile client events.

Governance & Compliance:

- Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

- Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and approval processes.

Candidate Profile (What You Bring):

Core Experience:

- AMC Institutional Sales

- Corporate Banking

- Private Banking / Wealth Management

- Wholesale Banking / Treasury Sales

- Proven experience managing Corporate Treasuries, Institutional Investors, UHNI clients, or Family Offices.

- Demonstrated track record of AUM growth and relationship-led sales success.

Network & Soft Skills:

- Strong existing network with corporates, financial institutions, UHNI clients, and family offices.

- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- High level of commercial acumen, credibility, and executive presence.

Educational Background:

- Preferred qualifications: MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent.
