
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager / Business Manager to lead and manage enterprise sales operations, develop strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, and foster strong client relationships.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent business acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and business solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with enterprise clients.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem resolution.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative environment encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
Operational & Process Management:
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes.
- Implement and monitor sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (typically 5-8 years) in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
