Roles & Responsibilities: - Set clear objectives, evaluate progress, and a high-performance culture with a focus on teamwork, service excellence, and ownership for resolving customer issues. - Prioritizing departmental projects and initiatives. - Ensuring advisors receive the highest quality of service. - Assisting in the resolution of escalated issues, taking ownership, and ensuring resolution. - Liaising with academic, business development, logistics, and IT team. - Excellent level of competence in the use and experience of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.) and online systems. - Mentor students for the difficulties they face. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and organize a large workload. - Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and live chat. - Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to the students/parents. - Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues, working with other departments as needed.
