To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program/product/project management. - End-to-end management of the program from planning to delivery - Defining Customer Experience objectives and outcomes - Define Customer journey from enrolment to completing the course - Optimising the current process to improve the overall customer experience - Meeting with business stakeholders to identify business critical initiatives and concerns in processes - Prioritising between initiatives based on impact - Work with Product and Technology team to plan releases to augment customer experience and optimising processes - Ensure goals are met in Customer experience and internal process optimisation - Identify process gaps and help plug them by simplification of the process - Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle What We Are Looking At: - Individuals who possess previous experience of 5+ years into core charters of Program Management/Operations/Customer experience. - Individuals who are highly learner obsessed, empathetic to learner issues and are passionate about creating a truly delightful experience for learners. - Proven stakeholder management skills - Prior experience in the e-learning industry preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook an preferably LMS Platform. - Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies Must Haves: - MBA or equivalent Post - Graduation Degree from a reputed institute - Minimum 3 years of experience in program or product or project management (no freshers) - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Rich experience of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams and delivering projects - Experience of seamless working with remote teams - Excellent project management and multitasking skills - Business acumen to understand the actual learning needs - Solid organizational, project management skills, and information technology aptitude Good to Haves - Edtech Experience - Experience working with Learning Management Systems Job Location: KOTA, Rajasthan
