Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting, ICT infrastructure, or technology sales, and proven experience in driving strategic partnerships and enterprise-level deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT consulting, ICT infrastructure, and managed services.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, OEMs, and system integrators.
- Drive sales growth and account expansion by understanding client needs and proposing relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in RFPs, proposals, and pricing discussions to close large-scale technology projects.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets with consistent performance.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within IT consulting, ICT infrastructure, or enterprise technology domains.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud solutions, data centers, and managed IT services.
- Proven track record of consultative selling and managing long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Graduate in Business / Engineering / IT; MBA preferred.
