Job Summary :
The HR Center of Excellence (CoE) is a strategic function that designs and delivers best HR programs across multiple domains including Talent Management, Performance, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics. This role ensures consistency, innovation, and alignment of HR best practices with organizational goals, while partnering closely with HR Business Partners and leadership teams.
Key responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Led three critical workstreams under the CHRO's Office - HR Strategy, Program Management, and HR Business Partnering.
HR Analytics & Strategy:
- Spearheaded people data analysis across engagement, talent development, succession planning, compensation & benefits, retention, and recruitment.
- Designed and delivered comprehensive HR metrics dashboards and executive presentations for ELT and global stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Business Analysis:
- Served as a key consultant to HR leadership, identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology integration. Collaborate with HR leaders to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conducted detailed needs assessments to align HR technology solutions with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
HR Transformation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for the HR department that aligns with the overall business strategy.
- Work closely with HR Tech Team in driving & implementation of digital tools and systems.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of digital initiatives.
Strategic deliverables :
- Prepare & present key strategic outputs to the CHRO's Office, including HR Analytics dashboards, strategy notes, annual reports, audit submissions
Stakeholder Management:
- Partnered with global stakeholders and executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Supported strategic initiatives through advanced analytics and insights, strengthening organizational performance and scalability.
Desired Qualification / certifications: MBA / Post Graduation, preferably in HR
Preferred work experience: 6-10 years of HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR domains and at least 3 years in a CoE or specialist HR role.
