Company Website: www.akgroup.co.in Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP/VP of HR to lead our HR Ops Team at A.K Capital. As a Generalist HR leader, the AVP/VP of HR will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This position will work closely with the executive team to drive a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and organizational success. Key Responsibilities : - Strategic HR Leadership: Lead and develop the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives, ensuring the creation of a high-performance culture across the organization. - Employee Development: Develop and implement training and leadership development programs to encourage the growth of employees at all levels. Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives, preparing future leaders for senior roles. - Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive and equitable compensation programs and benefits plans that attract and retain key talent while adhering to budgetary constraints. Stay updated of market trends and regulatory changes in compensation and benefits. Performance Management: - Oversee the performance management system, ensuring alignment with company goals and continuous employee development. - Provide guidance to senior leaders and managers in setting clear performance expectations and providing meaningful feedback. - Drive the development and execution of employee training and career development programs. - Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, fostering employee engagement, and promoting open communication across the organization. - Organizational Development: Lead organizational design and development initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency, improve performance, and drive business outcomes. Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts or structural changes. - Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to HR legal requirements and best practices in the financial services sector, including diversity regulations, and industry-specific compliance matters. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role. - Experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use HR metrics to influence decision-making.
