As we expand globally, we are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) and Legal Services to strengthen our legal framework and safeguard our innovations. This role is central to managing IP portfolios, supporting compliance, and assisting in commercial contracts. Top 3 Daily Tasks: - Manage and track IP filings (patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs) in India and abroad (USPTO, WIPO, EPO). - Review, draft, and maintain commercial agreements and legal documentation under attorney supervision. - Conduct legal research and ensure compliance across IP and contract processes. Minimum Work Experience Required: - 2-5 years in a law firm, corporate legal department, or IP consultancy with hands-on experience in contract review and IP docketing. Top 5 Skills You Should Possess: - Strong knowledge of IP filing systems (Indian IP portal, WIPO, USPTO, EPO). - Experience in contract review, risk flagging, and compliance. - Proficiency in legal research and documentation. - Excellent drafting, proofreading, and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
