Position Title: Junior Advocate

Location: Bangalore

Department: Legal

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our Legal team.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate laws, revenue matters, property documentation, and litigation procedures.

- The role also involves legal documentation, court appearances, and liaison work with external counsel.

- The position requires flexibility in working hours, especially for post-office visits and legal errands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit external counsels office post 6:30 PM for case discussions and document submissions.

- Attend court hearings, police stations, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies as required.

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents including property and revenue records.

- Provide legal support on real estate projects, title verification, land acquisition, RERA compliance, and due diligence.

- Conduct legal research and provide support in case preparation.

- Maintain and update case files, follow up on hearing dates, and ensure timely compliance.

- Coordinate with internal departments for gathering necessary information and documents.

- Liaise with external legal consultants and advocates on ongoing matters.

- Translate and interpret Kannada legal documents when required.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.

Experience:


- Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation or corporate legal field with exposure to revenue matters and real estate transactions.

- Proficiency in reading and writing Kannada is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of revenue documents, property documentation, and court procedures.

- Familiarity with real estate laws, RERA regulations, land records, and registration processes.

- Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive legal issues with discretion and professionalism.

- Willingness to travel locally and work beyond standard office hours when required
