We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for the Acute segment in international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and launching new brands, driving brand productivity, and increasing market share across multiple countries. This role requires a strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing mix, creative communication, and in-clinic campaigns to influence customer perceptions and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor brand strategies for the Acute segment in international markets, adapting them to the current competitive landscape.
- Plan and execute activities for launching new brands, ensuring effective use of the marketing mix to drive brand awareness and market penetration.
- Formulate short- and long-term plans in alignment with head office goals and country-specific needs to increase brand productivity and market share in all targeted markets.
- Lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns, focusing on creative communication and in-clinic initiatives to differentiate the brand and drive consumer engagement.
- Continuously analyze and track competitor promotions and sales data (using IMS or similar data sources) to understand market trends and identify opportunities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, R&D, etc.) to prepare and execute annual marketing input plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on market performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on the Acute segment or similar therapeutic areas.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing brand strategies, with a proven track record of successfully launching new brands in international markets.
- Demonstrated experience in creating compelling marketing campaigns and in-clinic communications that resonate with the target audience and influence consumer behavior.
- Ability to analyze competitor promotions and sales performance using tools like IMS to drive strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams (marketing, sales, finance, R&D) to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
