Purpose of the Job:  - Owns & Drives collection, Bad debt, Service and retention for the Region  - Manage Agency & Partner Network to ensure maximum efficiencies & productivity  Deliverables:  - Complete process owner for AES Collection agency and the accounts allocated.  - Handling bucket wise collection at agency and reducing flow of money to next bucket.  - Ensuring timely invoice collection.  - Ensuring timely payouts to agency.  - Ensuring recovery from de-active and old disputed account.  - Responsible for process adherence at agency.  - Complaint Management of all agency service issue.   - Overall Collection, bad debt and Service management for AES portfolio.  - Process correction & implementation.   - Health check Visit on Corporate accounts and ensuring timely collection from corporate s and no threat to churn.  - Interaction and coordination with different process owners, sharing customer VOC for betterment of processes.  - Reduction in Churn and Complaints  Educational Level: Graduate / Post Graduate   Working Experience:  - Overall 6 years of experience of which at least 3 years in the area of collection, service and agency management
