About the Role

We are looking for an AI Product Manager dedicated to leveraging the power of Artificial Intelligence to solve complex business challenges. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-driven product strategy. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to build innovative solutions that deliver tangible value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Strategy: Define and execute the AI product roadmap based on data-driven insights and market research.

- AI/ML Integration: Work with engineering and data science teams to integrate machine learning models and AI workflows into product features.

- User-Centric Design: Understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive and effective AI-based solutions.

- Data Lifecycle Management: Manage processes for data collection, labeling, and model improvement to ensure high quality of AI outputs.

- Stakeholder Management: Align business goals with technical feasibility by communicating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Metrics & Optimization: Monitor model performance (e.g., Accuracy, Precision, Recall) and business KPIs to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 1-2 years specifically working on AI/ML-driven products.

- Education: Background in Engineering (CS/IT) or Statistics. An MBA from a Tier 1/2 college is preferred.

- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, machine learning algorithms, and data architecture.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze complex data sets and make decisions based on findings.

- Tools: Proficiency in prioritization and roadmapping tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).

- Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
