Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead AI and Digital Transformation initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong FMCG background and experience driving digital strategy, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI and digital transformation programs across Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.

- Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI, automation, and analytics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives.

- Drive adoption of digital tools and data-driven decision-making.

- Manage stakeholders and ensure successful execution of strategic projects.

Preferred Profile:

- 815 years of experience in the FMCG industry.

- Hands-on experience in AI, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Commercial Excellence, or Digital Strategy.

- Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML, SAP, Power BI, Advanced Analytics, or Supply Chain Analytics.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

- MBA or Engineering degree preferred.
