AI & HR Tech Transformation Consultant (Saas Company)

We are looking for high-performing consulting professionals to join a fast-growing AI-first enterprise HRTech start up building the future of workforce capability and learning transformation.

As an AI & HR Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with enterprise clients to solve large-scale capability and onboarding challenges using AI-led solutions. The role combines consulting, digital transformation, stakeholder management, and program execution across global enterprises.

You will partner with CHROs, CLOs, business leaders, and AI teams to identify workforce capability gaps, design and execute AI-led pilots, and drive large-scale enterprise transformation programs. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role that involves leading cross-functional execution, managing key stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes with end-to-end ownership from discovery through implementation and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI-driven HR and workforce transformation projects for enterprise clients

- Partner with CHROs, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to identify capability and learning gaps

- Design and implement AI-led onboarding, learning, and capability-building solutions

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across HR, AI, product, and technology teams

- Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, including governance and stakeholder management

- Track adoption, business impact, and measurable outcomes while acting as a strategic advisor to clients

Ideal Candidate:

- 4-8 years of experience in Big 4, or Tier-1 consulting firms

- Strong exposure to HR transformation programs

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

- Strong program management capabilities

- AI fluency and understanding of emerging AI ecosystems/tools

- Ability to work in ambiguity and drive structured execution

- Exposure to learning technology, SaaS implementation, or capability-building programs will be an added advantage.

Please note HR Transformation experience and AI expertise is a MUST HAVE. L&D experience would be a good to have too.
