Certification / Training / Experience in UK laws is mandatory  Work experience - At-least 6-7 years of post qualification experience preferably in a Legal KPO.   Work Hours : UK Shift   Role Summary  Would be responsible for drafting / reviewing procurement contracts of goods and services, providing support for Request for Proposal (RFP), M&A due diligence for a team based in UK.  Principle Duties and Responsibilities  1. Prepare, Review, Revise and Negotiate commercial procurement contracts of goods and services as per the applicable UK laws and drafting norms   2. Provide tailored Legal Research solutions  3. Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence support  4. Work closely with team based out of UK, Middle East, India  Previous experience  - At-least 6-7 years of post qualification experience preferably in a Legal KPO.   - The person should have worked on drafting / reviewing complex contracts.  - Experience in M&A due diligence will be an added advantage  - Should have commercial acumen as against knowledge of just legal aspects  - Should have analytical skills and an ability to solve problems.
