AGM - Finance & Accounts - FMCG/FMCD - CA

- The incumbent must be a Qualified CA with post-qualification experience of at least 7-10 years from a reputed FMCG/consumer durable company.

- He/she will be primarily responsible for MIS Reporting, Financial Reporting, Internal Financial Control, Direct Tax Planning & Compliance, balance sheet finalization etc. MUST HAVE WORKED IN IND-AS .

Roles & Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting:

- Ensure closure of Books of Accounts and preparation of accurate, timely MIS reports for management

- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and prior year, highlighting critical issues and recommending corrective actions

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and review Standalone & Consolidated Ind AS Financial Statements in compliance with SEBI regulations

- Coordinate and manage statutory audits/limited reviews

- Oversee valuation exercises related to strategic subsidiaries/associates

Internal Financial Control:

- Review MIS and trial balances of subsidiaries/Associates to ensure financial hygiene and accurate reporting

- Identify gaps, highlight observations, and ensure action plans are implemented

Direct Tax Planning & Compliance:

- Prepare advance tax computations and ensure timely payments

- Review provisions for income tax, annual tax liability computations

- Coordinate Tax Audit & Transfer Pricing compliance with auditors

Other Responsibilities:

- Support budgeting exercises, including projections of other income, interest, and cash flows.

- Ensure accurate presentation of financial statements in the annual report.

- Oversee audit of expense allocation and inter-unit transactions
