Key Responsibilities :

- Engage in regular discussions with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and expectations.

- Analyze client data to identify insights and provide actionable strategic recommendations.

- Present the companys value proposition to new prospects and existing clients.

- Identify, engage, and convert new sales leads to expand the client portfolio.

- Maintain strong, long-term relationships by ensuring timely communication and support.

- Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Qualifications :

- 4 - 6 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar client-facing role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into strategic insights.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
