Role Overview:
The Agency Growth Manager will be responsible for driving agency performance, managing day-to-day sales operations, and ensuring sustainable business growth. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring key performance metrics, mentoring agency partners, and ensuring target achievement through effective team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the agency channel and ensure consistent performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Build, train, and motivate the agency sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with agents, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between marketing, operations, and product teams to support agency initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and design skill development programs for agents.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA (mandatory), preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Sales and Project Management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proficiency in sales analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
