Key Responsibilities:


- Executive Support:


- Provide direct administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.


- Manage leadership calendars, scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements.


- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-up action items.


- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of leadership.


- Operations & Coordination:


- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.


- Coordinate cross-functional tasks, track progress, and ensure timely execution.


- Manage operational processes, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements.


- Assist in planning and executing organizational initiatives, events, and reviews.


- Project & Task Management:


- Handle end-to-end ownership of strategic and operational projects.


- Monitor deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring accountability.


- Collaborate with teams to achieve operational goals and resolve bottlenecks.


- Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and documentation.


- Communication & Stakeholder Management:


- Act as a bridge between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.


- Communicate updates, decisions, and expectations with clarity and professionalism.


- Ensure high-quality correspondence, documentation, and follow-through.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field.


- 2-5 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, administration, or coordination roles.


- Strong skills in operations management, scheduling, coordination, and execution.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.


- A high accountability mindset with ownership of tasks from start to finish.


- Proficiency with tools such as MS Office / Google Workspace, project management tools, scheduling tools, etc.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience working directly with C-level or senior leadership.


- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


- Experience in a startup, fast-paced, or multi-stakeholder environment
