Job Title: Aftersales Manager 2 & 3 Wheelers (Bajaj Brand)

Location: Madagascar

Our client is one of the leading Distributors in Auto segment are looking for Aftersales manager for two wheelers and three wheelers in Africa.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to oversee service operations, customer satisfaction, and dealer support for Bajaj 2 & 3 wheelers. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage aftersales performance across service centers and distribution networks.

Note: English fluency is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the aftersales operations for Bajaj 2 & 3 wheelers, ensuring high standards of service quality and customer care.

- Manage and support service centers, workshops, and dealer networks to improve service delivery and turnaround times.

- Develop and implement aftersales strategies to increase customer retention and brand loyalty.

- Monitor warranty claims, spare parts availability, and service KPIs to optimize operations.

- Train, guide, and evaluate technical staff and service teams to maintain Bajaj standards.

- Resolve escalated customer issues effectively and ensure long-term satisfaction.

- Track service performance, analyze data, and report to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field.

- 10 years of relevant experience in aftersales/service management (in 2 & 3 wheelers or automotive sector).

- Strong knowledge of Bajaj vehicles, service processes, and spare parts management.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficient in English (mandatory).
