Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales, building long-term client relationships, and maximizing revenue from travel services including air tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and other corporate travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell domestic & international travel services (Air, Hotel, Packages, Visa, Insurance).
- Prepare and present corporate travel proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations, ticketing, and accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update sales reports, pipeline, and performance metrics for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop client relationships and close high-value deals.
- Strong market research and business development abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with GDS/CRS preferred.
Qualifications:
- Post-Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Management.
- 5+ years of proven experience in corporate travel sales.
- Existing corporate client base is a strong advantage
