The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the travel industry, driving bookings, leads, and revenue through high-performing digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. - Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversions while reducing cost per acquisition (CPA). - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve ad performance. - Create remarketing & retargeting strategies to boost travel bookings and inquiries. - Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports. - Collaborate with the content and design team to create high-performing ad creatives. - Stay updated on Google & Meta advertising policies and industry best practices. - Implement A/B testing to improve ad creatives and landing page performance. - Track travel market trends and leverage them for seasonal and promotional campaigns. Requirements: - Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns. - Mandatory experience in the Travel & Tourism industry (Flights, Holidays, Hotels, or OTAs). - Strong knowledge of PPC, audience targeting, and performance optimization. - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console. - Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights for campaign improvement. - Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in retargeting campaigns for travel packages or flight bookings. - Familiarity with GDS / OTA marketing strategies. - Understanding of conversion tracking & pixel setup. - Knowledge of landing page optimization to increase lead conversion.
