We are looking to hire Zonal Sales Managers for the following locations:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for their zone.
- Drive consistent pipeline growth across residential, SME, and commercial solar EPC segments.
- Personally handle high-value opportunities to ensure conversion and demonstrate sales excellence.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage ASMs, Sales Executives, and field acquisition teams.
- Set clear KPIs, track performance metrics, and ensure high productivity through coaching and structured reviews.
- Build a performance-driven culture with strong discipline, forecasting accuracy, and accountability.
3. Market Expansion & Demand Generation
- Build and nurture a consistent lead engine through:
- Local partnerships
- RWAs, builders, architects, installers
- Digital & on-ground activations
- Channel alliances
- Identify micro-markets and customer clusters to accelerate penetration.
4. Customer Engagement & Deal Closure
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification and site audits to proposal negotiation and final closure.
- Ensure customers experience Sunstores quality and transparency.
- Act as escalation owner for critical accounts.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Aerems EPC, Projects, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide real-time market intelligence to Product, Marketing, and Central Sales.
- Influence pricing, offers, and local GTM strategy based on field insights.
6. Process Excellence & Reporting
- Maintain CRM discipline, funnel tracking, and high forecast accuracy.
- Drive SOP adherence across site surveys, proposals, customer onboarding, and installation readiness.
- Monitor team productivity, closure rates, and revenue realization.

- Hitting and over-achieving zonal revenue targets consistently
- High lead-to-order and order-to-installation conversion ratios
- A motivated, high-performing ASM team with strong discipline
- Scalable market presence & increasing brand recall in their respective zones
- Strong relationships with large RWAs, developers, SMEs, and key accounts
Required Experience & Skills:
Experience:
- 4+ years of sales experience; min 3-5 years leading city/zone teams
- Experience in Solar EPC / Distributed Solar / Clean Energy / Rooftop Solar / Capital Goods / Home Tech / BFSI preferred
- Strong exposure to field sales + channel + B2C/B2B hybrid sales
- Experience handling ASMs / TLs / large field teams is essential

- Strong leadership and people-development capabilities
- Proven ability to build pipeline & close large-value deals
- Deep local market understanding of their respective zone's solar/energy landscape
- Excellent negotiation, communication & stakeholder management
