Position: Chief Financial Officer cum Chief Investment Officer
Location: Thane
Reports to: Managing Director
Experience: 15+ years in financial leadership, with exposure to family office investment management

Key Responsibilities
Corporate CFO:
- Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, MIS, taxation, costing, and treasury for the business.
- Partner with business units to drive profitability, cost optimization, and capital efficiency.
- Implement robust cost accounting and inventory control processes specific to manufacturing
operations.
- Manage working capital cycles, supplier credit, capex planning, and project finance.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives including plant expansions, JV/partner evaluations, and capital structuring.
Family Office / Chief Investment Officer:
- Define and manage the investment strategy for the family office, focusing on wealth preservation and long-term growth.
- Allocate capital across asset classes: equity, debt, private equity, real estate, start-ups, and offshore investments.
- Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities and present recommendations to the family.
- Track financial markets, assess portfolio risks, and rebalance based on goals and market conditions
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or CFA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
- Exposure to investment management or family office operations is essential.
- Experience working directly with promoters, family-run businesses.
