Position Overview:

Advantal Technologies is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with 35 years of experience in IT Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales documentation, proposal writing, and client communication, along with a strong understanding of software services and IT solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the companys growth by managing client relationships, preparing impactful business proposals, and driving sales initiatives.

Experience Required: 35 years

Notice Period: 015 days (immediate joiners preferred)

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Location: Gurugram

Core Expertise:

- Proven ability to sell software services, with a focus on:

- Custom Software Development

- Web and Mobile Application Development

- Website Design and Development

- Digital Transformation Services

Strong experience in:

- Preparing sales documentation, RFPs/RFQs, proposals, and presentations.

- Handling client communication, lead tracking, and CRM updates.

- Working in IT/software service-based environments.

Prior exposure to:

- B2B or enterprise-level clients in sectors such as telecom, defense, or enterprise technology.

- Supporting tender submissions and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Execution: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning, lead generation, and relationship management.

- Documentation & Proposal Writing: Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and technical documentation aligned with client requirements.

- Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into opportunities.

- Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.

- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing business plans, sales strategies, and account management activities.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teamstechnical, marketing, and project managementto ensure smooth sales operations.

- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities.

- Reporting: Maintain sales trackers, update CRM systems, and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.

Requirements:

- Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent (Engineering/IT background preferred).

Experience:

- 35 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or pre-sales.

- Proven experience in preparing sales proposals, bid responses, and client documentation.

- Exposure to selling IT/software services and solutions.

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong presentation, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in preparing sales decks, proposal documentation, and RFP responses.

- Good understanding of the IT services sales cycle.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
