About Us:

Adsparkx is a performance marketing agency specializing in affiliate marketing and media buying across international markets.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance function, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure the companys financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.

- Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, compliance, taxation, payroll, and audits of the firm and group of companies.

- Develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reporting.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability while ensuring cost optimization.

- Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, foreign compliance, and other regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders.

- Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making and business growth strategies.

- Build and implement internal financial controls, processes, and best practices.

- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning for international operations and client/vendor transactions.

- Manage promoters and company portfolios with a focus on investment management.

- Review legal agreements and coordinate with the legal team.

- Attend client calls and lead negotiations with US-based clients.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or related field (CA/ICWA preferred).

- CA Intermediate candidates or those who have appeared for the exam may also apply (salary capped at 20 LPA).

- 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 23 years in a leadership or team management role.

- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, foreign taxation, statutory compliance, and corporate finance.

- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Experience in the digital marketing, advertising, or IT industry will be an added advantage.

- Very strong communication skills are required, as the role involves frequent interaction with US-based clients.
