Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Leadership :
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across locations, ensuring smooth workplace functioning and business continuity.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Supervise and mentor admin teams, housekeeping, security, facility executives, and support staff.
- Plan annual admin budgets and ensure optimized allocation and cost controls.
Facility & Office Management :
- Manage infrastructure, workspace planning, maintenance, utilities, and office safety.
- Coordinate with facility vendors for timely repairs, preventive maintenance, AMC renewals, and SLA adherence.
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance for facility management (Fire/NOC/environmental/municipal & local body regulations).
Vendor & Procurement Management :
- Identify and onboard vendors for facility, travel, security, housekeeping, logistics, pantry, transportation, IT assets, and office supplies.
- Negotiate contracts and track vendor performance through periodic reviews.
- Manage purchase requisitions, billing, and reconciliation with finance
