Manager HRBP Job Summary: The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR expertise and guidance to help achieve organizational goals and objectives. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, managers, and employees to address various HR-related issues and drive workforce effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. - Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support business needs. - Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support in resolving employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. - Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. - Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and change, and work on initiatives to enhance workforce performance. - Employee Development: Collaborate on employee development and training programs to improve skills and capabilities. - HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulations, and advise on legal matters as necessary. - HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations related to HR strategies and initiatives. - Change Management: Assist in managing and communicating changes within the organization, such as mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree in HR or MBA is a plus). - Proven experience in HR, preferably as an HRBP or HR Manager. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies.
