Training Need Analysis:
- Understand the organizational priorities and spend time to build understanding of various LOBs and non-sales functions
- Assist the team in building training effectiveness and efficiency of the overall development effort
- Conduct Training need identification at the start of the year with assigned functions to understand the organizational and individual development needs
Designing Learning content for Junior Management/ Onboarding/Women:
- Build Learning content to deploy to middle- junior level management participants across specific assigned LOBs and functions.
- Be breast with latest tools and work with the L&D Team (Behavioural) in scouting for best learning tools and methods from the market for future utilization within the team
- Translate business needs into learning needs and learning needs into design needs which will feed as inputs to content creation
- Create content for instructor led initiates as well as self-paced learning requirements as part of the content architecture
- Deploy different kinds of learning methods organization wide- such as bite size learning interventions, e-modules, capsule learning modules, job-shadowing online training and scout for innovative methods of imparting learning.
Build Relationships and manage stakeholders:
- Liaison with business stakeholders, HR business partners, talent management team, ABC university team, Gyanodaya etc to build relevance in content and get it approved by the L&D Team Lead and L&D Head for Behavioural Learning.
Periodic content refreshers and adaptations:
- Update all content collaterals to incorporate business/policy/ structural changes, thus keeping it relevant and up-to-date
- Adapt content to run on different channels/sync with difference mediums of delivery
- Leverage core training content to create campaign spin-offs as part of pre/post training communication drives
- Leverage ABC content collaterals to meet ABFLs needs and vice versa thus cross-pollinating information for a unified learning experience
Budgets:
- Track and maintain Training budget and review them against expenses incurred month on month. Ensure all dues to external facilitators are paid on time.
- Identification of internal resources to partake training requirements, make maximum and efficient use of internal trainers to maintain cost effectiveness of programs
Campaign/program design and execution:
- Support in program design for flagship learning interventions
- Coin standalone learning/awareness campaigns
- Coordinate with stakeholders for successful execution
- Create clear workflows and documented SOPs for all flagship campaigns/projects/activities that are designed to run for prolonged periods or as required by the team
