Lead - Sales Incentives & Analytics
Description:
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities: Supporting Actions
- Drive effective Sales Incentive Plans
- Develop an in-depth understanding and benchmarking of sales incentive plans for various distribution channels within the organization and across the industry
- Ensure Sales incentive plans are designed across the sales hierarchy in a manner that supports the achievement of business objectives
- Continually assess the effectiveness of existing sales incentive plans structure, Programs and future organization needs
Productivity Analytics:
- Develop & publish dashboard on business process performance indicators and support in identification of improvement opportunities
- Develop measurement processes, evaluate areas of low performance and plan actions for improving the performance
- Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized productivity reports to the business
- Strategic projects involving descriptive and inferential analytics on increasing employee productivity
- Pro-actively uses data to research and identify business problems, collaborates with business partners to diagnose data supported root causes and potential actions that can shift numerical results
- Utilize analytical applications like (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to identify trends and relationships between different pieces of data, draw appropriate conclusions and translate analytical findings on improving productivity
Incentive Plan Administration:
- Administer and compute incentives across plan across LOBs
- Ensure incentive payout are processed in timely manner as per plan design
- Appraise stakeholders with performance to payout dashboards and reports
Sales PIP Process:
- Anchor and track the Performance Improvement Process across LOBs for sales workforce
- Work with function, HRBP, training team to understand the performance gaps and capture the insights
Key Stakeholder Management:
- Work with and provide consultation to business leaders on unique, customized data related requirements and data analysis (simple and complex)
- Coordinate with all the key stakeholders (Internal and External) and update the status or improvements changed in the productivity
