Role Overview:

- As the Senior Vice President - Finance, you will be the financial steward of Adissia Developers, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations. This pivotal role involves providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring robust financial controls, and driving sustainable growth.

- You will collaborate closely with the executive team, project managers, and external stakeholders to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, audit, compliance, and taxation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and improve financial performance.

- Manage the company's treasury functions, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and banking relationships, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust internal controls and compliance programs to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.

- Oversee the audit process, both internal and external, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, providing financial analysis and due diligence to support strategic decision-making.

- Manage relationships with investment banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders, representing the company's financial interests.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards (GAAP), maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.

- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, supporting informed decision-making and driving business growth.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

- Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Strong understanding of treasury management, risk management, audit, compliance, and taxation principles.

- Excellent knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Superior communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Comfortable working on-site in Coimbatore.
