Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Vice President - Residential Sales, based in Bengaluru. The individual will oversee residential sales strategies, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, and develop new client relationships. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, driving business development initiatives, building and maintaining long-term client partnerships, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The role requires active involvement in team leadership and creating innovative solutions to enhance sales outcomes.

- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management

- Experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, and customer relationship management
