Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Residential Sales located in Bengaluru.
- The General Manager will oversee the residential sales team, setting targets, creating strategies, and ensuring targets are met.
- Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring team members.
- Additionally, the General Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage budgets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership within the real estate or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and the development of effective sales strategies
- Capability to mentor and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
- Efficient organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of residential real estate markets, particularly in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure revenue growth
