About the job:

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Affiliate Manager Mobile to lead and scale our mobile affiliate marketing initiatives. This role focuses on managing high performing affiliate partnerships, optimizing CPI/CPA/CPL campaigns, and driving sustainable user acquisition. You will play a key role in revenue growth by collaborating closely with advertisers, publishers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage end-to-end affiliate marketing operations for mobile campaigns (CPI/CPA/CPL).

- Build, manage, and scale strong relationships with top-performing affiliates, publishers, and networks.

- Proactively recruit and onboard new affiliates, media buyers, influencers, and traffic sources.

- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROI, conversions, volume, and quality KPIs.

- Oversee offer setup, tracking links, postbacks, and attribution across affiliate platforms.

- Identify, investigate, and mitigate fraud, compliance issues, and traffic quality concerns.

- Analyse data and performance trends to provide insights and recommendations for scaling campaigns.

- Work closely with Ad Ops, Sales, and Account teams to align campaign goals and execution.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in mobile affiliate marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with strong exposure to mobile user acquisition (CPI/CPA/CPL).

- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Trackier, Affise, Everflow, etc.

- Familiarity with attribution and MMP tools like Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage and scale multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

- Existing affiliate/publisher relationships in domestic and international markets.

- Experience with anti-fraud tools and quality control processes.

- Exposure to Tier 1 geos and global mobile campaigns.

- Prior experience managing junior team members or executives.
