Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Understand client business goals, industry landscape, and marketing needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent performance delivery.
- Conduct periodic review calls/meetings, share insights, and discuss progress on ongoing campaigns.
Web Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Develop and manage web marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media & Website Optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaignsdesign, content, performance marketing, and technical.
- Handle website performance audits, UX improvement recommendations, and landing page setup support.
- Ensure timely project delivery aligned with campaign goals and KPIs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, highlighting results, ROI, opportunities & actionable insights.
- Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement, paid campaign ROI, and lead quality.
- Present strategy improvements to clients based on data-driven findings.
Revenue Growth & Upselling:
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities based on client needs and growth potential.
- Collaborate with sales teams to pitch additional services & retain accounts through value-driven results.
- Ensure renewals, profitability, and long-term engagement of client portfolios.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in Digital/Web Marketing account management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM/PPC, Google Ads, Social Media, and Web Analytics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive insights.
- Excellent communication, client interaction & relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Experience using marketing tools such as:
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
- HubSpot / Zoho CRM (added advantage)
- Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
