- Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth within the Oil & Gas industry. - The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling data analytics solutions, with a deep understanding of the UK market and its unique challenges. - This role will focus on expanding our client base by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored data solutions to meet industry-specific needs. Key Responsibilities:. Sales Strategy & Business Development:. - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Oil & Gas industry within the UK. - Identify and engage with potential clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders within the industry. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling:. - Articulate the value proposition of data analytics solutions in addressing challenges faced by the Oil & Gas sector. - Provide tailored data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making for clients. - Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in data analytics relevant to the Oil & Gas industry. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:. - Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and attending industry events. - Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression through the sales cycle.
