We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement initiatives.
The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen customer loyalty.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership to build and scale high-performing marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
- Lead brand management, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels
- Oversee digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, social media, PR, and
events to maximize visibility and impact
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer insights,
and emerging trends
- Build and manage a strong marketing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development
- Establish clear KPIs and metrics for measuring marketing effectiveness (ROI, customer
acquisition cost, conversion rates, brand engagement, etc.)
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and marketing automation tools
- Oversee development of creative campaigns and content that engage target audiences and strengthen brand positioning
- Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, agencies, and stakeholders
- Contribute to executive leadership discussions and provide insights into how marketing strategies can support long-term business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 17+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management/CMO capacity
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in a B2B
and/or B2C environment
- Deep understanding of brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing large budgets and marketing operations at scale
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns
Preferred Skills
- Experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or product-based industries
- Familiarity with global marketing and managing campaigns across multiple geographies
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies
- Exposure to investor relations or public communications (preferred for larger organizations)
- Strong network with agencies, media, and industry leaders
